Shipping Policy
At NordicWood, we offer free shipping on all orders above $50. We ship our products using reliable and fast carriers to ensure timely delivery. All our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Shipping costs for orders below $50 are calculated at checkout based on the destination. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your NordicWood purchase, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging for a return or exchange to be processed. In case of a return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of an exchange, we will ship the new product within 2 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by NordicWood.
